What do you make?
We laser-engrave trading card binders. Choose a ready-made engraved binder from the shop, or design your own made-to-order binder from our VaultX and GrailGuard ranges.
What sizes and colours are available?
VaultX comes in 4, 9 and 12-pocket sizes in teal, yellow, navy, red, lilac, pink, green and black. GrailGuard comes in 4 and 9-pocket sizes in yellow, blue, dark blue, orange, purple, pink, red and grey. Any colour that is out of stock is shown as unavailable on the Made to Order page.
Can I use my own image?
Yes. On the Made to Order page choose “Upload my own” (JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, up to 8MB). We turn it into a black-and-white engraving: dark areas are engraved and white areas stay as the binder colour. Clear, high-contrast pictures and line art work best.
Will I see a preview before I buy?
Yes. The Made to Order page shows your image engraved on your chosen binder before you add it to your basket. Colours and engraving depth vary slightly between screens and individual binders, so the finished piece may differ a little from the preview.
What finish do the binders have?
Every binder has a natural engraved finish.
How long does an order take?
Made-to-order binders are engraved and dispatched within 5–10 working days of payment. Already engraved binders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We ship across the UK as standard. For international delivery please contact us first with your country and we will quote postage.
How should I care for my engraved binder?
Wipe it with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents, long periods in direct sunlight and storing it somewhere damp.
Can I return a binder?
Made-to-order binders are made to your specification so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Already engraved binders can be returned unused within 14 days. If anything arrives damaged or faulty we will put it right. See our Returns Policy for details.
