What we collect
When you order or use our forms we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, your message and any image you upload. We use this only to reply to you and to make, pay for and deliver your order.
How we store it
Orders and messages are stored securely in our website dashboard and sent to our business email. Images you upload are used only to make your product and are never shared or reused without your permission.
Who we share it with
We share your delivery details with our courier and, where you pay online, with the payment provider (card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored on this website). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Order records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work (for example, remembering the items in your basket and keeping forms secure). If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated.
