About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed with MeltzBinderCrew Limited through this website, by email or through social media.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we have received your payment. Made-to-order binders are made from the brand, size, colour and image you chose and previewed.
Your image
By uploading an image you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse designs that infringe someone else’s rights or are offensive.
Handmade variation
Each piece is engraved individually, so small variations in tone and depth are normal and part of the character of the product. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and the finished binder may differ a little from the preview.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and are paid at checkout before your binder is made.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
